All financial contributions made to Vasundhara Sanstha are strictly non-refundable, as they are immediately deployed toward our community initiatives. Upon successful processing, eligible Indian citizens will be issued a 12A/80G tax exemption certificate based on the PAN details provided during the transaction.

All original content, including photography, brand architecture, project documentation, and digital design on this website, is the exclusive intellectual property of Vasundhara Sanstha. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial utilization of our assets is strictly prohibited.

Our platform utilizes essential third-party infrastructure for hosting and, in the future, secure payment routing (e.g., Razorpay). While we strictly vet our partners, we are not liable for the independent operational terms or privacy practices of these external platforms.

These Terms and Conditions are unequivocally governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or grievances arising from the use of this website or interactions with our organization shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra.
